Tickets.Stepshowonline.Com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands
and venues, which means
Tickets.Stepshowonline.Com does not set the ticket
prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold
through several distribution points, including online, telephone,
ticket centers and box offices. All distribution points access the
same ticketing system and inventory, therefore, tickets for popular
events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be
available prior to the event, however

Convenience Charges and

Cancelled Events
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team,
band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the
staff or audience. When this occurs,
Tickets.Stepshowonline.Com makes every
effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price and
associated ticket processing fee if applicable. If an event is cancelled, please Contact us
for information on receiving a refund (only if you purchased your
ticket thru the online ticket window at Tickets.Stepshowonline.Com). If the event was moved or
rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact

Please make sure to include/provide your

number so we can expedite your refund if applicable. If you purchased
the ticket (s) at a ticket center, you will need to return the tickets

Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat
selection (if applicable). Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams
and theatres, prohibit

refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged

Delivery of Will Call Tickets
"Will Call" orders is a convenience to allow customers to
not worry about receiving tickets in the mail. Will Call tickets
may be purchased NO LATER than 12 pm prior to the beginning of an event
on the day of the event. The tickets will be under the
individual’s name who placed the order online and can be picked up
at the Will-Call ticket window. You need to bring a valid picture ID,
the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets and a printout of
the confirmation email in order to claim the tickets. Your
tickets will not be at Will Call until about two hours prior to event

Amount of Tickets Per Customer
When purchasing tickets on Tickets.Stepshowonline.Com, you are limited to a
specified number of tickets for each event. This amount is included on
the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This
policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. (BACK

International Order Processing
If you are purchasing tickets outside the U.S. or Canada, orders must
be placed at least 10 days prior to the event and the tickets will be
held in Will Call at the venue box office. You must provide an email
address, along with a local telephone number where you can be
contacted up to the day of the event. International orders are subject
to a fulfillment fee. All prices quoted and charged are in the U.S.
